Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI autonomy systems
- Lead cross-continental R&D teams prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Forge partnerships with MIT, CERN, and global governments on 2026 technology standards
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in federal and private funding for future-tech initiatives
- Deliver quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovations)
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in exponential technology sectors
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
