Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience

- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
