You'll shape our 5-year innovation strategy while leading cross-functional initiatives that merge emerging technologies with practical business applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap for enterprise clients
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive realities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological investments with future market trends
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present strategic briefings to industry leaders at global innovation summits
- Drive sustainable technology adoption through circular economy principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in emerging technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, blockchain 3.0, or spatial computing
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology impacts
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or commercially deployed futuristic solutions
