Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate emerging tech insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author quarterly technology impact assessments for executive leadership and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor internal teams on emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Architect the innovation pipeline for 2026-2030 technology adoption cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, blockchain, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of driving commercialization of emerging technologies
