Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight models for industry disruption scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future trends into corporate vision and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on ethical tech adoption and societal impact
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion sustainable tech practices and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising executive teams on long-term tech adoption
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation
