Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-era infrastructure including neuromorphic computing
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging tech paradigms (AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Partner with policy makers to establish ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Architect scalable solutions for climate-positive technology deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science on future tech paradigms
- Expertise in implementing large-scale AI governance frameworks
- Deep knowledge of ISO/IEC 42000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Experience with federated learning architectures across quantum networks
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized future-tech solutions
