Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological trends impacting 2026-2030 landscape across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen computational frameworks and human-machine interfaces
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive board and investor forums
- Develop patent strategies for emerging intellectual property domains
- Mentor internal talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in predicting technological adoption curves (2005-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Fluency in at least two programming languages and data modeling tools
