- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (AI/quantum/AR/VR)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and AGI landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation publications
- Portfolio of at least 3 disruptive tech implementations
