Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) through 2026+
- Develop predictive models for tech adoption and societal impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Present future-state scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (published research preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards
