Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
