- Develop and publish annual FutureTech Roadmap with strategic recommendations
- Architect proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies with $1M+ R&D budgets
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into 5-year product vision
- Present insights to executive board and industry conferences (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor innovation lab teams on next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/unicorns
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
