- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speaking and white paper publications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage a global network of technology scouts and academic partnerships
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment in 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in emerging technologies, strategic foresight, or innovation management
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused products or ventures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation principles
