- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Architect and oversee R&D initiatives for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams
- Translate market insights into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio, balancing high-risk/high-reward projects
- Present technology visions to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor a team of 8+ technical specialists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products (AI/ML, IoT, or quantum tech preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technology landscapes and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
