- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and data scientists through agile development cycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to pioneer next-gen R&D
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype solutions for Fortune 500 client challenges
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in leading industry journals
- Mentor junior talent and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI)
- Strong portfolio of patents or published research in top-tier journals
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for R&D projects
- Certified in Lean Innovation and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
