- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Establish KPIs and impact metrics for 2026 initiatives aligned with ESG and UN SDG principles
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholders and policymakers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or C-suite innovation leadership
