Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for system architecture, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological advancements.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-availability, distributed systems that can handle exponential growth and complex data workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices within the engineering team.
- Legacy Migration: Oversee the transition of legacy codebases to modern microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure zero downtime and sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in modern languages such as Go, Rust, Python, or Java.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable, solvable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
