Responsibilities
- Architect 2D Animations: Design and implement complex, high-fidelity 2D animations using GSAP, PixiJS, and native HTML5 Canvas to enhance user engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Rigorously optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations across all devices and browsers, focusing on memory management and frame rate stability.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate creative concepts into technical reality, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation.
- Component Engineering: Develop reusable, scalable JavaScript libraries and component systems for 2D graphics to streamline future development workflows.
- Responsive Storytelling: Ensure all 2D interactive elements are fully responsive and accessible, providing a seamless experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in 2D web development and motion graphics engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 Canvas, SVG manipulation, and WebGL (Three.js or PixiJS).
- Animation Expertise: Proven track record of creating award-winning 2D motion graphics and micro-interactions.
- Performance Skills: Strong ability to profile and optimize code for maximum performance in high-traffic environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
