Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital campaigns, web, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure creative vision is technically executable.
- Execute storyboards and animatics from rough sketches to final render.
- Optimize video assets for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Web) ensuring fast load times without compromising quality.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all motion projects.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in motion design and motion capture technology.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash and stretch) and storytelling.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion work, preferably including character animation and typography.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
