Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the technical vision for AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 product release.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, optimizing them for real-time data processing.
- R&D Strategy: Collaborate with the R&D team to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities, aligning with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance.
