Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of handling complex, multi-step tasks without human intervention.
- Integrate external tools and APIs into agent workflows to enhance functionality and utility.
- Optimize prompt engineering and context windows to maximize agent performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, implementing guardrails and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making.
- Monitor system performance and iterate on agent logic to improve efficiency and reduce hallucinations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) and frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- Strong understanding of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience building scalable microservices and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
