Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures capable of autonomous reasoning and self-correction.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune foundation models for specific vertical use cases.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 AI ecosystem integration and emerging technologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish engineering best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern web frameworks (FastAPI, React).
- Deep understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and retrieval strategies.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong grasp of LLM evaluation metrics and safety guardrails.
