Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on next-gen multimodal models and agentic workflows.
- Model Development: Lead the research and training of state-of-the-art deep learning models, optimizing for performance, latency, and energy efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Deployment: Oversee the transition from research prototypes to production-ready systems using MLOps best practices.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and safety standards.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external research institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve in AI evolution.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model inference and fine-tune systems to handle real-time, high-volume data streams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Technical Skills: Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU computing frameworks (CUDA).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning with proven experience deploying models in production environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from conception to delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
