Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large-scale models, experience with transformer architectures, and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
