Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-gen applications.
- Lead the end-to-end development of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and algorithmic fairness in all deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
