Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop comprehensive AI strategies and roadmaps specifically targeting the technological landscape of 2026, identifying emerging trends such as AGI and Neural Interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure machine learning systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to ensure our technology stack remains 2-3 years ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead the development of high-fidelity PoCs for futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the future of technology and articulate long-term technical visions.
