As part of our Future Governance division, you'll collaborate with world-class researchers, engineers, and policymakers to develop actionable guidelines for emerging AI applications. Your work will directly impact how organizations deploy AI responsibly across healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI models using bias detection and fairness metrics
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for transparent AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI development practices
- Author white papers on emerging AI ethics challenges and solutions
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design principles
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and update compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias/fairness algorithms (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST)
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Publication record in AI ethics or related conferences
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
