Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems deployed by 2026
- Conduct preemptive risk assessments for quantum-encrypted neural networks
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for cross-cultural autonomous decision engines
- Lead stakeholder dialogues between tech innovators and human rights organizations
- Author position papers for international AI ethics summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years in AI governance
- Published research on algorithmic fairness in high-impact journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least one additional language beyond English
