Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder engagement and policy recommendations
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to resolve emerging ethical conflicts in product roadmaps
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics standards and regulatory compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience auditing machine learning systems for fairness, privacy, and accountability
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML model evaluation tools
- Exceptional written communication for translating ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
