Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for AI/ML systems deployed in high-impact industries
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for emerging technologies
- Design participatory governance frameworks involving stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Lead scenario planning for 2026 technology adoption trajectories
- Create educational materials for internal teams on ethical AI implementation
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global forums on responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years applying ethical frameworks to real-world technology challenges
- Deep understanding of ML/AI systems and their societal implications
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Strong background in futures methodology and strategic foresight
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in ethics/technology journals preferred
