Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Advise on regulatory compliance for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Author white papers on AI governance for industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy, or ethical tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Published research on AI ethics or future technology ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI strategy
- Proficiency in Python and ML model interpretability tools
