Responsibilities
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical principles into AI lifecycle
- Advocate for transparent AI deployment through explainability techniques
- Shape industry standards through policy whitepapers and regulatory consultations
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and biotech-AI convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and global regulatory landscapes
- Strong background in fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
