Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+ environments
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI models
- Design corporate policies for transparent AI deployment and human oversight
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible innovation with engineering teams
- Advocate for ethical standards in industry coalitions and regulatory bodies
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for public and stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in ethics standardization bodies
