Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems

- Develop predictive models for societal impact of emerging technologies
- Establish transparency protocols for explainable AI systems
- Advise executive leadership on ethical implications of R&D initiatives
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in algorithmic fairness or explainable AI (XAI)
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and neuro-symbolic systems
- Proficiency with ethical auditing tools like IBM's Fairness 360
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 AI governance standards
- Strong background in cognitive bias mitigation and human-computer interaction
- Track record of policy recommendations adopted by regulatory bodies
