Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and autonomous sectors
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments for quantum machine learning algorithms
- Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies for emerging AI threats (e.g., deepfakes, neural privacy)
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Author industry position papers on AI regulation and publish in top-tier ethics journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI focus
