Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous technologies
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for quantum/neuro-interface integration
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Research emerging tech trends and publish thought leadership
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethics-by-design principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible tech development
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and bias detection tools
- Published work on AI ethics or future technology impact
- Experience with cross-cultural tech governance frameworks
