Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging societal challenges from AI advancements

- Author position papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Design bias mitigation protocols for next-generation autonomous decision systems
- Represent the company at international ethics summits and standards committees
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies for technological futures
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical audiences
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI systems
