Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future technology trends (2026-2030) and identify risks/opportunities
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory compliance for emerging tech standards
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including neurotech and autonomous systems
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment and monitor implementation across product lines
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders including investors and government bodies
- Lead research initiatives on human-AI collaboration paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Ethics, AI Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy with focus on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven experience developing AI ethics frameworks or responsible innovation programs
- Deep understanding of global tech regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, US federal guidelines)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or white papers on future technology implications preferred
- Experience working with multinational corporations or government institutions
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or Technology Foresight a plus
