Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional working groups on quantum-AI governance protocols
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for generative AI models
- Establish compliance mechanisms for emerging global AI regulations
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Produce annual ethics impact reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or federated learning
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
