Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic fairness and transparency across 5+ product lines
- Develop industry-first bias mitigation protocols for next-gen neural networks
- Partner with policymakers to shape legislation governing autonomous systems (2026-2028)
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production environments
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives and external ethics boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act or NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias detection modeling and ethical impact assessment
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance transformation
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing ethics (e.g., Shor's implications)
