- Lead cross-functional AI ethics audits for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Advise executive team on ethical implications of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips)
- Design bias-mitigation protocols for 2026-era AI deployment pipelines
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for diverse community impact assessments
- Author industry thought leadership on AI ethics and regulatory compliance
- Mentor ethics review board members in ethical AI decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Deep expertise in IEEE 7000, EU AI Act, and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with autonomous system safety protocols and generative AI guardrails
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Proven track record influencing global tech policy (WTO, OECD, or similar)
- Fluency in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and regulatory landscapes
