Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct risk assessments for high-impact AI systems (autonomous vehicles, generative AI, etc.)
- Lead stakeholder engagement across engineering, legal, and public policy teams
- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development
- Represent the organization in industry consortiums and regulatory discussions
- Drive continuous improvement of ethics policies through emerging technology monitoring
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI architectures and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 settings
