Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act requirements
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to review high-impact AI deployments and algorithmic bias assessments
- Develop auditable compliance protocols for generative AI models and autonomous systems
- Create stakeholder education programs on responsible AI adoption for C-suite executives and engineering teams
- Conduct frontier research on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with legal teams to establish patent portfolios for ethical AI methodologies
- Represent QuantumLeap at international AI ethics forums and regulatory working groups
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 10+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Expertise in implementing NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics and security
- Experience testifying before congressional subcommittees on AI policy matters
- Certification in AI Risk Management (CAI-RM) or equivalent ethical AI credential
- Fluency in Python for AI ethics auditing and bias detection tool development
