Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for responsible AI performance and monitor compliance across products
- Advocate for ethical AI standards through industry forums and regulatory submissions
- Train stakeholders on AI ethics best practices and emerging regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven experience designing bias detection tools and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research or thought leadership in responsible AI (e.g., ACM/IEEE publications)
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Microsoft Responsible AI) required
