Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations across 15+ jurisdictions
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to ensure ethical deployment of next-gen algorithms
- Present ethical risk assessments to C-suite and regulatory bodies
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Proven track record implementing bias mitigation in production ML systems
- Strong background in quantum computing ethics or predictive analytics governance
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., CSEP) or equivalent
- Experience testifying before technology ethics committees
