Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and accountability
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Represent Nexus Dynamics in industry consortiums shaping AI policy
- Mentor a team of AI ethicists and governance specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Proven experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for machine learning systems
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (preferred)
