As a key member of our Future Strategy Council, you'll pioneer ethical protocols for autonomous systems, bias mitigation algorithms, and transparent AI decision-making. Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed ethical governance into product lifecycles while staying ahead of emerging regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop governance protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Advocate ethical AI adoption through stakeholder workshops and executive briefings
- Monitor global regulatory shifts (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt strategies
- Publish thought leadership on responsible AI in partnership with academic institutions
- Mentor engineers in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethics compliance
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or whitepapers on AI ethics or algorithmic bias
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification, Google Responsible AI)
