Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Policy
- 8+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and emerging global regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience working with Fortune 500 technology ethics committees
- Fluency in technical AI concepts and policy implications
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences
