- Create governance roadmaps for enterprise-wide AI adoption across 15+ product lines
- Represent FutureWorks at international AI ethics summits and regulatory forums
- Establish incident response protocols for AI system failures and ethical breaches
- Mentor junior data scientists on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing AI ethics frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging US federal regulations
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Experience with AI bias detection tools and fairness metrics implementation
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
