Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field

- Expertise in fairness toolkits (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, EIT Digital)
- Experience with bias mitigation in production ML systems
