Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and explainability standards
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development cycles and stakeholder communications
- Monitor emerging regulations and global AI ethics benchmarks, updating policies accordingly
- Design ethical impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience with AI explainability tools and model interpretability frameworks
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., CSEP, CAIGP) highly valued
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
